Refund and Returns Policy

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please reach out to us via email first, letting us know the reason for your return. If the reason is valid, we’ll assist you right away. Please refer to our policy below for more details.

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations only before the item has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers will only be charged shipping once (including returns). No restocking fee will be applied.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be credited to the bank account or card used at the time of purchase. An email confirmation with the refund amount will be sent to you once it’s processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected].

Damaged Products

Please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos of the damaged goods, to initiate a refund or replacement.

Missing Products

If part of your order is missing, email us at [email protected] within 10 days of your order date with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
